Clayton Lane

Clayton Lane is a $150 million development located in Denver’s upscale Cherry Creek area. Fisher Capital was part of an equity group that partnered with Sears in the project that included the construction of the new Janus Capital headquarters, a JW Marriott hotel, large and small-box retail space, and residential lofts. The project won many national awards and set new standards in per-square-foot selling prices. Dial Research Facility

In conjunction with long-time partner Univest, a Phoenix-based real estate developer, we were chosen to redevelop the Dial Corporation Research Facility, a 250,000-square-foot campus on 23 acres in Scottsdale, Arizona. The build-to-suit opportunity was originally intended to combine Dial’s current research facilities with its corporate office on one campus. Fisher Capital completed its due diligence and funded the equity within seven days of its introduction to the property.

Fallbrook Mall

In our initial investment with Univest, Fisher Capital provided all of the equity to purchase and redevelop the Fallbrook Mall. The shopping plaza in Canoga Park, California, consists of approximately 285,000 square feet with major tenants such as Walmart, Burlington Coat Factory and Ralphs.

Morningtree Park

A Denver developer had initially contracted to purchase Morningtree Park, a 403-unit apartment community in Lakewood, Washington. However, prior to closing, the equity investor pulled out of the transaction. The developer brought the opportunity to Fisher Capital with an extremely short timeframe. We were able to complete site inspections and due diligence in less than seven days and agreed to provide the necessary equity. The property has now been successfully renovated and repositioned.

Overton Square

Overton Square is a 90,000-square-foot retail/restaurant/entertainment complex in Memphis, Tennessee. One of the city’s hottest spots in the 1970s, the Square needed new ownership to recapture its former prominence. Fisher Capital partnered with local businesses to purchase, reposition and sell the property.

PearlWest Office/Retail Building

Fisher Capital was one of the lead equity investors in the redevelopment of this prominent yet sensitive project in the heart of Boulder, Colorado’s Pearl Street Mall. Led by developer Nichols Partnership, the project is a 175,000-square-foot mixed-use development, designed and built to LEED Platinum standards.

Quebec Highlands Shopping Center

The Quebec Highlands Shopping Center is a 30,000-square-foot retail strip center in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Although we purchased this property when the occupancy level was less than 50 percent, through strong marketing and management efforts Fisher Capital fully leased the property in a short time period.

Rancho Viejo

The Fisher Capital team continues to provide capital for this 11,000-acre residential development in Santa Fe, which provides affordable housing in a distinct New Mexico style.

Shields Street

Shields Street was a leading developer of affordable housing in northern Colorado. Fisher Capital worked with its partner and a large multinational corporation to obtain low-income housing tax credits to make the projects feasible.

Soto and Olympic

Fisher Capital invested in Soto and Olympic, a redevelopment project in Los Angeles consisting of approximately 2 million square feet of residential, retail and office mixed-use space. The site of a former catalog fulfillment center and warehouse, the project has historic preservation status and is part of the city’s Project Genesis redevelopment initiative.

Spire Denver

Spire Denver is a 42-story, 502-unit condominium development in downtown Denver for which Fisher Capital provided equity and debt. The architectural wonder, a Nichols Partnership project, not only altered the Denver skyline, but has also made urban living a popular housing alternative.

Steelbridge Annex

Fisher Capital invested equity capital in Steelbridge Annex, a project led by local developer, Nichols Partnership. Steelbridge is an 11-story micro-apartment building, designed for 84 units, located at 15th and Wewatta in downtown Denver. The Steelbridge site also includes a fully leased, four-story, 16,200-square-foot office building.

SunCap Property Group

Charlotte, North Carolina-based SunCap is a national commercial real estate development, investment and advisory firm specializing in speculative and single-tenant build-to-suit facilities. Fisher Capital has provided equity on several projects developed by the company.

Tradition Golf Club

Capitalizing on a unique opportunity, Fisher Capital invested in one of Palm Springs’ premier golf communities. We provided the equity for the purchase of the golf operation and remaining 100 home lots for this single-family residential golf course community in La Quinta, California. We also provided oversight of all banking, accounting operations, budgeting and strategy. Within two years the majority of the lots were sold, the debt was extinguished and the balance of the equity was refinanced.
