Bill co-founded Fisher Capital Partners in 1991. Prior to that, he specialized in highly leveraged corporate lending, mergers and acquisitions, as well as business restructurings for Banque Paribas and Bank of America. Bill sits on multiple nonprofit boards, including the University of Colorado Hospital Foundation, the Leeds School of Business at CU and the Colorado Public Employee Retirement Association. He holds degrees in finance and chemical engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. When Bill isn’t spending time with his wife and six kids, he enjoys skiing, hiking and golfing.
Blake brings significant real estate expertise to Fisher Capital. Prior to joining the team in 1996, he worked in the commercial real estate industry, where he spent his time on acquisitions and disposition of properties, asset management and property management for a large real estate portfolio. Blake holds an accounting degree from the University of Wyoming and remains involved as a board member of the school’s athletic fund raising arm and the Athletic Director’s Advisory Board. In addition to spending time with his wife and two daughters, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting and snowmobiling.
Prior to joining Fisher Capital in 1998, Scott was employed by The Bank of New York in New York and Colorado, where he worked in the corporate lending, commercial credit and commercial leasing departments. He currently serves on the board of General Communication, Inc., the leading integrated facilities-based provider of local, long-distance, video, wireless voice, data and internet services to business, government and residential customers in Alaska. Scott is also on the advisory boards of several private equity companies. He received his degree in finance from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from the University of Denver. Scott enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
In her role as Controller at Fisher Capital, Julie performs due diligence for new investments and works with investment partners to provide accounting services such as setting up new accounting systems, budgeting, hiring and training personnel, and also steps into a temporary CFO position when needed. Previously, Julie worked at KPMG where she gained experience in various industries such as real estate, manufacturing, finance, information systems and oil and gas. In her free time, Julie stays busy with her two sons, volunteers with various organizations and enjoys the occasional game of golf.
